At BPL Environmental, having the right equipment allows us to complete drainage and wastewater work more efficiently, particularly on larger or more demanding sites. That’s why we’re pleased to introduce the latest addition to our fleet: a brand-new Revive Warrior Recycler Jet Vac Tanker.
The new unit combines high-pressure water jetting, powerful vacuum suction and onboard water recycling, giving our team an all-in-one solution for clearing, cleaning and maintaining drains, sewers, culverts and other drainage assets.
What Does a Recycler Jet Vac Do?
The process starts with high-pressure water jetting. Water is directed through the drainage system to break up blockages and loosen accumulated materials such as silt, grit, sludge and debris.
At the same time, powerful vacuum suction removes the wastewater and dislodged material, transferring it into the tank for separation.
The key difference with our new recycler unit is that the water doesn’t simply go to waste. An onboard filtration system separates solids, grit and abrasive materials from the recovered wastewater. The cleaned water can then be returned directly to the jetting system and used again.
This creates a continuous cycle of jetting, extraction, filtration and reuse.
Longer Working Times and Less Water Usage
The ability to recycle water brings some major advantages when carrying out professional drainage and tanker services.
Rather than regularly stopping work to refill with fresh water, the tanker can continue operating for much longer periods. This is particularly useful when undertaking extensive drainage cleans or working on sites where easy access to a water supply may be limited.
Benefits include:
- Longer continuous operating times
- Reduced fresh water consumption
- Fewer journeys away from site for refilling
- Less downtime during larger projects
- More efficient drainage and sewer cleaning
- Reduced disruption on busy commercial and infrastructure sites
Another Investment in Our Environmental Services
Our Revive Warrior Recycler further expands what BPL Environmental can deliver in-house, providing our experienced team with additional capacity for both planned drainage maintenance and reactive works.
From clearing heavily silted drainage systems to maintaining sewers and culverts, this specialist unit helps us complete demanding work efficiently while making better use of water throughout the process.
